How do I book an activity?
Three options: (1) WhatsApp +216 56 766 555 — 5-min reply, (2) online form with price calculator, (3) phone call. Confirmation by email + WhatsApp.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. You can change your booking free of charge at any time, subject to availability. In bad weather, we reschedule free of charge at a time that suits you.
Is hotel transfer included?
Yes, for most activities (catamaran, guided jet ski tour, diving, fishing, pirate boat). Pickup is about 30 minutes before the activity. Please give your hotel name when booking.
Are there children’s rates?
Yes, on several trips: speed boat and pirate boat (children aged 3-12 at −50%), dolphin and sunset catamaran (family offer: children aged 3-7 at −50%, babies aged 0-2 free). The exact price of each activity is shown on its page; there is no other automatic discount.
