When do I pay?+
Pay on site only, on the day of your activity. No online deposit. Cash (EUR or TND) or card depending on partner.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 24h before departure. Free modification anytime subject to availability. Bad weather → free rescheduling.
Is hotel transfer included?+
Yes for most activities (catamaran, jet ski tour, diving, fishing, pirate boat). Pickup approx 30 min before. Specify hotel name at booking.
Family discounts?+
Yes: auto family pack -5%/pers from 2nd, 4-pax pack with 2 children = 1 child free on catamarans, multi-activity additional -5%. Babies free on almost all.
