Personal data

The data you enter in the booking form (name, WhatsApp number, optional email, hotel, trip details) is used only to handle your request. It is sent to our team by messaging (Telegram) and email, and stored in Djerba Holiday’s booking management tool. It is never sold or passed on. You can ask to access, correct or delete it by writing to djerbaholidaytravel@gmail.com.

Cookies and trackers

On your first visit, a banner asks for your consent. “Accept all” and “Reject all” are two identical buttons on the first screen, next to “Choose”. Before you choose, no measurement or advertising cookie is set and no Google, Yandex or Meta tag is loaded. Refusing changes nothing about your visit or your booking.

Essential (no consent needed)
The “eu-consent” cookie (with a copy in your browser) keeps your choice, consent or refusal, for 6 months; after that, we ask again. The “NEXT_LOCALE” cookie keeps your language (1 year). The weather forecast is kept in your browser for 24 hours so it does not reload. No tracking.
Statistics (with your consent)
Google Analytics (Google) and Yandex Metrica (Yandex) count visits and pages viewed, to improve the site. Cookies _ga (13 months at most, not extended at each visit) and _ym (up to 1 year). Session recording (Webvisor) is turned off. The site also keeps the origin of your visit (source, campaign) in your browser; it is erased if you withdraw your consent.
Advertising (with your consent)
Google Ads (Google) and the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram) measure whether a visit comes from our ads and leads to a request (WhatsApp click, booking), and let us show you our offers on other sites. Cookies _gcl (Google Ads) and _fbp (Meta), 90 days.
Anonymous measurement, no cookies
Ahrefs Web Analytics counts visits without cookies or storage in your browser; the IP address is anonymised (hashed) and not kept. It is used only to measure the site's audience.
Content from other sites
The Google Maps map on the home page only loads if you click “Show the map here”; Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies. Links to GetYourGuide and Google Maps load nothing until you click them. Weather forecasts are requested directly by your browser from the Open-Meteo service, without cookies.
